I think it's gross because all of you are making gross guesses. What does that say about where all of you heads are? Maybe the fact that I zoom in so closely makes it look like something disgusting, but this one really isn't all that bad.

It could be an ultrasound image or a picture from the Hubble telescope.

However, based on your post yesterday, I'm guessing it's the mess Noah made with some of the products in your bathroom.
The center of a cinnamon roll is the only thing I see... which means it's probably something completely different.
If that's a cinnamon roll, I hope you didn't eat it. I'm still thinking.
